Perforated Metal Coil, All Available Materials Custom

This perforated metal coil adopts continuous one-step punching forming technology, stable punching precision for the full length of the coil. Different metal coils have respective advantages: galvanized coil is cost-effective with basic outdoor rust resistance; aluminum coil is ultra-lightweight with good ductility; stainless steel coil provides superior acid and alkali corrosion resistance. All perforated edges are fully deburred to eliminate sharp burrs. The coil can be rolled tightly with uniform tension, easy storage and transportation without scattered plates. Optional post-processing such as powder coating, polishing and wire drawing can be added after punching according to project requirements.

Production Technology:

Uncoil raw galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel metal strip → continuous leveling treatment → automatic numerical control coil punching → online full-length deburring → tension constant coiling → optional surface coating/polishing treatment → finished coil weight inspection and packaging.
