Production Process:

The full production process begins with raw metal coil incoming inspection to test material grade, thickness and surface flatness, then raw coils pass through leveling machine to eliminate natural bending deformation, technical staff input custom hole shape, aperture and coil width data into CNC punching equipment, uninterrupted continuous punching processing will be completed on the whole metal coil, followed by automatic edge deburring without separating the coil, surface anti-rust treatment can be arranged for the whole roll if needed, finished perforated metal coils will be inspected continuously for hole precision and flatness, qualified coils will be wound tightly and packaged with waterproof film for container sea transportation.​

Production Technology:

The core processing technology of roll perforated metal coil is continuous automatic CNC punching, complete metal raw coils are leveled first to eliminate surface unevenness before entering the punching station, the machine performs uninterrupted hole forming along the whole coil according to preset custom hole parameters, the semi-finished punched coil goes through continuous deburring treatment to remove sharp edges without breaking the integral roll structure, optional anti-corrosion surface treatment will be processed evenly on the whole coil surface, and final fixed-width trimming ensures uniform coil width to meet customer custom size requirements.
