Production Process:

• Full deburring & surface polishing: Roller leveling removes plate deformation; polishing machine smooth all sharp hole and perimeter edges.
• Surface anti-corrosion treatment: Stainless steel passivation; galvanized sheet complete zinc layer inspection.
• Custom deep forming: Cut, bend or weld into semi-finished draining tray blanks as customer processing requirements.
• Hygiene & dimensional inspection: Test drainage performance, flatness and surface smoothness, qualified sheets packed for export.
